Who We Are
Rw4d is a Malaysia-based digital entertainment platform founded in 2018 with a clear vision — to give Malaysians access to safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment without worrying about data security or game integrity.
We started small — just a passionate team that truly understood what Malaysian players wanted. We listened to feedback, improved our platform, and maintained our commitment to transparency from day one. As a result, within just a few years, rw4d has grown into one of the most trusted names in the local digital entertainment industry.
Today, over 500,000 active members trust rw4d as their platform of choice. They come from all walks of life — some looking for casual entertainment after work, some serious players who treat gaming as a hobby, and some who enjoy the community and social interaction that rw4d offers. We're proud to serve all of them to the same high standard.
Our Mission and Vision
Rw4d's mission is simple to understand but not easy to execute perfectly: delivering the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable digital entertainment experience to every Malaysian player.
To us, "secure" means more than just data encryption. It means an anti-fraud system that actively monitors every transaction, a KYC process that safeguards your identity, and a clear privacy policy on how your information is used. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full stop.
"Fair" means all games use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG), clearly stated RTP for every game, and regular audits by independent bodies to ensure zero manipulation. When you play at rw4d, you know you're playing in a genuinely fair environment.
And "fun" — this is the most subjective yet most important factor. We invest heavily in user interface, platform speed, game variety, and mobile experience to ensure every session at rw4d is something you look forward to, not just settle for.
Our long-term vision is to remain the top choice for Malaysian players by continuously innovating, adding new games, expanding our loyalty program, and building a stronger community — regardless of what happens in the industry around us.
Why Do Malaysian Players Choose rw4d?
In a market full of options, Malaysian players are savvy. They aren't easily swayed by oversized bonus offers or unrealistic promises. What they look for is consistency, reliability, and genuine value — and that's exactly what rw4d always strives to deliver.
Our platform fully supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed within minutes and funds reach your bank account without delays. We understand that when you win, you want your money — not days of waiting.
Rw4d customer support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with agents fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin. You can reach us via live chat and typically receive a response in under 2 minutes. No automated bots replace real human interaction — when you need help, a real person will be there for you.
